Be sure to mention the Developmental Therapists in the NICU Conference when making reservations by phone in order to receive the special group rate of $119 plus tax per night. Reservations must be made prior to September 8, 2009; after that date, rooms will be on a space available basis and regular hotel rates will apply.

Single rate: $119 plus tax per night Double rate: $119 plus tax ($59.50 + tax per person if sharing) Double occupancy requires sharing with a conference participant. Please call Ronda Kelly for assistance in finding a roommate.

Ground Transportation
The Doubletree does not provide airport shuttle service but they do offer a recommended car service. Please contact Transtyle directly at: 480-948-6131 or via their website at: http://www.transtyle.com/ to make a reservation. The cost is approximately $30 for service to/from the airport. Be sure to mention the Doubletree Paradise Valley if you use this service. The taxi rate to/from the airport is approximately $30 as well and for those who want to rent a car, the hotel parking is complimentary for guests
